Branding, Signage & Digital

Turning 20-year-old apartments into a condo brand people would pay for.

The challenge

Nobody buys an old apartment building.

After 20 years as purpose-built rentals, Polycorp was converting two well-built, sturdy North End Halifax apartment buildings into condominiums — large suites, harbour views, starting around $560,000. The buildings themselves were genuinely strong: ICF construction, refreshed interiors, deeded EV parking.

But "renovated rental building" isn't a story that sells a condo. Buyers needed to see a real building on Mont Blanc Terrace, not the developer's old rent roll.

Our approach

One name, everywhere it needed to show up.

We built a complete identity around the Mont Blanc name — a mark and colour system that could scale from a business card to full-building exterior signage — and then carried that system across every touchpoint a prospective buyer would encounter, from the first Google search to the sales office table.

  • Brand identity: logo system, colour palette, and typography built to feel established, not brand-new
  • Exterior building signage and on-site wayfinding for both towers
  • A conversion-focused website built around booking tours and browsing floor plans
  • Print collateral: sales brochure, feature sheet, and floor plan handouts for the sales office

In the client's words

Built to bring people in the door.

The website's job was never to be flashy — it needed to get a genuinely interested buyer to book a tour with Catheryn, the on-site sales manager, or take a serious look at the lease-to-own program. Every page, from floor plans to the feature sheet download, was built around that single next step.
