A corporate website for Polycorp, built to showcase their full portfolio of residential developments — from Halifax's North End to Wolfville — in one place, without diluting each project's own identity.
The challenge
Polycorp is a Nova Scotia developer and builder with multiple active communities — Mont Blanc Residences in Halifax's North End, Woodman's Grove in Wolfville, Aria at Long Lake, and a long list of completed buildings and townhomes. Each project understandably had its own dedicated site and identity.
What Polycorp didn't have was a single place where a prospective resident, investor, or partner could see the whole picture — the company behind all of it, their ICF construction standard, and their full track record.
Our approach
We built polycorp.ca as the corporate home base — a site that tells the Polycorp story and points visitors toward the right property site for what they're looking for, rather than trying to replace those individual project sites.
